I had to deal with this as a kid, my parent's job involved moving to Asian countries. Make sure to keep in touch with them, if you have HeyCrowd, you probably have Facebook or Skype, and at least an email. Just keep in touch, you'll get over it. I had to move from my best friends 4 times in my life. Throw a goodbye party and if you don't have an email, use your parents, or write the classic letter. You're lucky that there's so much technology today, you have no idea how anxious I was, waiting the 2 months it took to receive letters
