What age should I be to use this app

I think 15 is an appropriate age, there are a lot of pedophiles and creeps on here that can harm kids. They need to have enough common sense and knowledge to filter out and report any creeps or simply bad people. I say, as long as you're not annoying, I don't mind. But parents should really watch what they're kids are doing on their devices, I've seen kids ask stuff they shouldn't be thinking of!
